Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 6 September 2026
Plans are billed monthly in advance. This page says how to stop paying and when money comes back.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, from the Billing page in the dashboard or from your PayPal account under Automatic Payments. There is no notice period and nothing to ask us for.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not end the period you have already paid for — your plan keeps working until that period ends, and then the account drops to the free tier. Nothing is deleted: your leads, your templates and your send history stay where they are, within the free tier's limits.
Refunds
Within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund it in full if you ask. No reason needed. This applies to the first payment on an account, not to each renewal.
Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full whenever they happen. If you were billed twice, or billed after cancelling, tell us and we will put it right.
If the service is broken and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, we will refund the affected period.
Otherwise renewals are not refunded for unused time. If you cancel halfway through a month, you keep the rest of that month rather than getting half the money back. We do not bill again after you cancel, so the most you can be out is the period you are already in.
Things we do not refund
- Costs from your own email provider. You connect your own Resend or Amazon SES account and pay them directly; we never charge for sending and cannot refund what we did not take.
- Periods where the plan worked and was simply not used. The allowance was available.
How to ask
Email hello@galacticoutreach.com from the address on the account, saying which charge you mean. We reply within 3 business days and approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If you disagree
Write to us first — most billing problems are a mistake we can fix faster than a dispute can. If we cannot agree, you keep whatever rights you have under the law where you live, and PayPal's own dispute process remains open to you.
