Galactic Outreach finds business contacts, writes the email, and sends it through your own provider. Here is what it does and what it does not.
What it is
Galactic Outreach is a dashboard for running cold email campaigns end to end: it collects business contact details from public sources, helps you write a template, checks the batch before it leaves, and sends it.
The thing it does not do is send on your behalf. You connect your own Resend or Amazon SES account, and every message leaves under your credentials, from your domain, counted against your plan with that provider. That is deliberate — the sending reputation you build is yours and moves with you.
How a campaign runs
The work happens in one direction, and the sidebar is ordered to match it.
- Find new leads
- Search a city and a business type. Galactic collects what is publicly listed and adds it to the queue.
- All leads
- The queue as a table. Read it and drop anything that is not a real prospect before it costs you a send.
- Templates
- The message itself, with per-lead fields that are filled in when the batch renders.
- Safety checks
- Twenty checks over the rendered batch, ending in one verdict: SEND or HOLD.
- Review & send
- The screen that sends, or hands the batch to a schedule under Automation.
What you are responsible for
Cold email is regulated, and the rules follow the recipient rather than you. Galactic enforces the parts it can: a physical postal address on every message, a working one-click unsubscribe, and a do-not-contact list that anyone who unsubscribes or bounces joins automatically.
What it cannot decide for you is whether you have a lawful basis for contacting a given person. That judgement is yours, and the Terms say so.
