Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Galactic Outreach, a web application for running cold email outreach campaigns, operated by an individual sole trader based in the Philippines. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service does

Galactic Outreach gives you a dashboard that finds business contact details from public sources, helps you write email templates, and sends them through an email provider you connect yourself. It does not send email on your behalf or from our infrastructure: you supply your own Resend or Amazon SES credentials, and messages leave under your account with that provider, subject to their terms as well as these.

Your responsibilities

You are the sender of every message. That means you decide who is contacted and you are responsible for the legality of contacting them. In particular:

• You must have a lawful basis for contacting each recipient under the law that applies to them, which is usually the law of their country rather than yours.
• You must honour opt-out requests promptly. The software keeps a do-not-contact list and applies it before sending; keeping it accurate is yours to do.
• You must include a real postal address and a working unsubscribe route in your messages. The software requires the address before a campaign can exist, but it cannot verify that it is yours.
• You must not use the service to send anything unlawful, deceptive, or harassing, or to contact people who have asked you not to.

The compliance features described on this site are aids, not guarantees. They reduce common mistakes; they do not make an unlawful campaign lawful, and they are not legal advice.

Accounts

One account, one campaign. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through PayPal. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are in US dollars. Plan limits on emails and lead searches are enforced by the software and reset at the start of each calendar month; unused allowance does not carry over. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to the address on your account. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime level. It depends on third parties — a hosting provider, a database provider, your email provider and PayPal — and an outage at any of them can interrupt it. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it running and to restore it promptly.

Your data

Your campaign data is yours. You can export your lead list, send history and do-not-contact list from the dashboard at any time, and erase them from it. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used to send unlawful messages, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where the breach is capable of being fixed, we will say what is wrong and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or for the consequences of messages you chose to send. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
