Instantly is a cold email platform built for volume: many mailboxes, rotated and warmed up automatically, with its own database of named contacts, on a monthly or yearly subscription. Galactic Outreach is cold email software for reaching businesses by industry and city: it finds them on the public web, writes to each one, and sends through your own email provider or one mailbox, with safety checks and country rules applied before anything leaves, and credits bought once.

When is Instantly the better choice?

When you send at volume across many mailboxes and want them rotated and warmed up for you. When you want a database of named contacts with job titles inside the same tool. When you would rather buy ready-made mailboxes and domains than set up your own. And when you want a unified inbox, a CRM, an API and reply agents alongside the sending. Galactic Outreach does none of those.

When is Galactic Outreach the better choice?

When your customers are local or small businesses you can describe by industry and city, and the address a business publishes itself is the right one to write to. When you want a batch held, not just flagged, while it contains an address on your do-not-contact list, misses a postal address or reaches a country that requires opt-in. When you send a few dozen emails a day, not thousands. And when you would rather buy credits once than keep a subscription running.
