When is Apollo.io the better choice?
When you need a named decision-maker and their job title before you write. When you sell to companies large enough to be in a contact database. When you want a dialer and a CRM in the same tool as your email. Galactic Outreach has none of those.
When is Galactic Outreach the better choice?
When your customers are local or small businesses you can describe by industry and city, and the address a business publishes itself is the right one to write to. When you want a batch held, not just flagged, while it contains an address on your do-not-contact list, misses a postal address or reaches a country that requires opt-in. And when you would rather buy credits once than keep a subscription running.
