Scheduling

A schedule runs a send or a search on its own. Every automatic send goes through the same gate, the same plan limits and the same suspension check as a manual one — a refusal is emailed to you and waited out, never worked around.

Two clocks

There are two clocks and they are not the same one.

They interact in a way worth knowing before it surprises you: a 09:00 Manila schedule aimed at a US list fires on time and sends nothing, because it is the middle of the night for every recipient. That is both clocks working correctly.

The schedule's clock
Your timezone. It decides when the run starts.
Example: 09:00 Asia/Manila, Monday to Friday
The recipient's clock
Their local hours, applied as a filter. It decides who is in the batch when the run starts.
Example: only between 08:00 and 18:00 where they are
