Emails sent & billing

Emails sent is the record: volume over time, and the send log behind it. Where a provider reports back, deliveries, bounces and complaints appear here too — which is the whole reason to add the webhook when you connect one.

Sends and searches are metered separately, and both are counted from what actually happened rather than from what was requested. A send that fails is not billed as a send.
